The centre will bring together leading experts to reduce barriers to accessing employment and independence, with real job opportunities at the end of the Employability Readiness course.

Patricia Caring said: ‘Each International Women’s Day at Annabel’s, we are reminded of the enduring strength and resilience of women across the globe.

The Caring Family Foundation strives to create a world where women triumph over adversity – through creating pathways for women to be the decision makers of their own lives.

‘Today we explored ways to inspire inclusion and addressed the challenges of exclusion, echoing the discussions from our IWD event last year which centred around equity.

Despite the progress made, women continue to encounter significant barriers, particularly survivors of domestic abuse.

At TCFF, we are steadfast in our commitment to reducing these barriers through our work in UK & Brazil.

Thank you to our incredible panel for sharing their experiences and showing us that by supporting each other, we can all inspire positive change and uplift the voices of women.’
