‘Annabel’s for the Amazon’ returns for 2025
The month-long initiative is dedicated to raising vital funds to support the Foundation’s reforestation and restoration efforts in the Brazilian Amazon, empower Indigenous communities, and continue its work with women and children in both Brazil and the UK.
Renowned private members’ club, Annabel’s, announces the return of its annual ‘Annabel’s for the Amazon’ campaign, set to launch this September in partnership with The Caring Family Foundation. The month-long initiative is dedicated to raising vital funds to support the Foundation’s reforestation and restoration efforts in the Brazilian Amazon, empower Indigenous communities, and continue its work with women and children in both Brazil and the UK.
Since its establishment in 2019, The Caring Family Foundation has become one of the UK’s leading philanthropic forces for Amazon reforestation. To date, the Foundation has planted over 3.4 million trees and seedlings and supported over 39,000 Indigenous people across 72 Amazonian communities. Its holistic approach integrates environmental restoration with social impact, empowering Indigenous communities through agricultural training and delivering specialist healthcare directly to their ancestral lands.
In 2025 alone, the Foundation’s work will support 550 families across 43 communities in the Amazon, while training 111 seed collectors to safeguard and regenerate the rainforest. In March, the Foundation launched a pioneering solar-powered Medical Bus alongside its partner Associação Médicos Da Floresta (‘Doctors of the Forest’), equipped with a mobile laboratory, ultrasound, ophthalmology and electrocardiogram machinery. By the end of 2025, this mobile clinic will have provided specialist healthcare to over 38,000 Indigenous people, residing in over 1 million hectares of the Amazon rainforest.
The ‘Annabel’s for the Amazon’ campaign will officially launch on 5th September, marking World Amazon Day, with Annabel’s unveiling its 2025 façade – a thought-provoking depiction of Earth designed by Creative Director, Tatiana Kharchylava. The façade symbolises the vital role trees, and the Amazon in particular, play in purifying the atmosphere and stabilising our planet’s climate, serving as a powerful reminder for all on Earth to unite in the fight against deforestation.
Throughout September, Annabel’s will host a series of exclusive events and immersive experiences, culminating on 19th September with the second-annual ‘Annabel’s for the Amazon’ Gala, hosted by The Caring Family Foundation’s co-founders Richard and Patricia Caring.
This special fundraising evening will honour the Amazon rainforest and its critical role in our planet’s wellbeing, featuring a live auction hosted by Simon de Pury and a special guest performance. To date, ‘Annabel’s for the Amazon’ has proudly raised £5.2 million, with 100% of all proceeds going directly to The Caring Family Foundation’s programmes.
Light into Life (Release of Oxygen) 2023, a sculpture by Marc Quinn, will be displayed in Annabel’s from the 4th September as part of the campaign. Based on a Phalaenopsis orchid, dramatically enlarged, challenging the ordinary experience of touring a garden, where humans usually tower over flowers.
Additionally, during the month of September, Annabel’s will introduce a bespoke cocktail menu crafted in collaboration with Cincoro Tequila, with proceeds from each sale donated to the Foundation. Launched by five NBA team owners, including NBA Legend Michael Jordan, ‘Annabel’s for the Amazon’ coincides with the of launch of Cincoro Tequila in the UK.
